Alex Zauner moved to Minnesota in 2020, just before COVID. He got his real estate license the next year and has spent every year since working the north metro, mostly Anoka County. He runs his business as Realize Minnesota, brokered by REAL Broker, LLC.

The results showed up quickly. RE/MAX 100% Club in 2022 and 2024. RE/MAX Executive Club in 2023 and 2025, the year he helped more than 24 families buy or sell. NorthstarMLS records 21 closed sales for him between September 2025 and September 2026, 17 for buyers and 4 for sellers, from Coon Rapids and Ramsey to Rochester and Red Wing.

In 2026 he moved to REAL Broker. The reason was simple: less of each deal going to big-brokerage overhead, and more attention going to the client.
